Standard Account Live Pay Live Pay Plus
Collect Secure Credit card orders then process the transactions offline using your existing processing method. Must have an existing Credit Card Merchant Account with a bank or card processor. All of the features of the Standard Account with Real-Time CyberCash Authorizations online.  Must have an existing Credit Card Merchant Account with a bank or card processor that accepts payment through CyberCash. For those that would like to accept Credit Card payment but do not have a Credit Cart Merchant account with a bank or card processor.  This plan provides all of the features of "LivePay" and will assist in the acquisition of your Credit Card Merchant Account.

Standard Account

Begin accepting secure credit card orders immediately. Your account is automatically configured, your FREE support is activated, you receive your unique Net+Catalog Merchant ID and are provided with a detailed on-line tutorial to help you get started.

LivePay

LivePay expands on the features of the Standard Account by providing the ability to process Credit Card transactions "Live" over the Internet via the Net+Catalog CyberCash Server.  LivePay, is for merchants that already accept credit cards and whose banks accept transactions via CyberCash.  If your business does not already accept Credit Card Payment, and would like to, please see Plan 3: LivePayPlus.

LivePayPlus

LivePayPlus is for those that would like to begin accepting credit cards. This plan combines the services of InfoQuest, CardService International, and CyberCash.  CardService provides you with a credit card accounts (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), CyberCash provides the interface to CardService that enables the real-time authorizations, and InfoQuest provides Net+Catalog and the CyberCash Merchant server account that enables your communication with CyberCash.

Overview of the authorization and payment process

  1. Customers visit your site and select products.
  2. Products are displayed in the InfoQuest Net+Catalog Shopping Cart
  3. Customer Checks out and provides billing, shipping, and payment information
  4. Net+Catalog interface with your InfoQuest CyberCash Merchant Server account and submits the customers purchase to CyberCash for Authorization.
  5. CyberCash in conjunction with CardService determine if customer credit card is authorized for the requested purchase
  6. CyberCash returns authorization status to Net+Catalog
  7. If customer credit card is authorized, Net+Catalog marks transaction for batch, and notifies you that an order was placed.  If customer credit card is not authorized, Net+Catalog marks the transaction as an error and notifies the customer that the transaction could not be processed
  8. On a daily basis, you log onto your InfoQuest CyberCash Merchant account and submit a settlement for all batched transactions.
  9. CyberCash passes settlement to CardService
  10. CardService interfaces with your bank account and deposits the settled amount
